Tini the Mommy

Though I never imagined myself the type to be prancing about in mom jeans and looking up stats on standardized testing to enroll my offspring only at the best institutions of learning, yet, here I am a mother.  Though most had warned me that life as I knew it was coming to an end, quite the opposite happened when little Derek Thien walked into our lives on November 4, 2010. A fun, effusive little guy from the start, his boundless energy and contagious laughter has made me more active in finding ways to have fun on this little blue planet of ours.
